DTC U2300:55 [AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE]

Description	Instrument cluster configuration not implemented
Detection condition	The auto leveling control module received a signal which indicates the instrument cluster configuration is not performed.
Fail-safe	The headlight leveling actuator is stopped at the position when the malfunction is determined.
Possible cause	NOTE: To correctly write the configuration data sent from the instrument cluster to the auto leveling control module to the auto leveling control module, 30 s or more need to have elapsed since the ignition was switched ON (engine off or on). Instrument cluster configuration is not completed. Instrument cluster malfunction Auto leveling control module malfunction

Diagnostic Procedure

Step	Inspection		Action
1	VERIFY ALL SYSTEM DTCs Clear the DTC for the auto leveling control module using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE].) Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on) and wait for 30 s or more. Perform a CMDTC self-test using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE].) Are there any modules other than the auto leveling control module displaying DTC U2300:55?	Yes	Using the M-MDS, perform the instrument cluster configuration (using As-Built data) again, then go to the next step. (See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CONFIGURATION (USING AS-BUILT DATA).)
		No	Go to Step 3.
2	VERIFY ALL SYSTEM DTCs AGAIN Clear the DTC for the auto leveling control module using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE].) Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on) and wait for 30 s or more. Perform a CMDTC self-test using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE].) Are there any modules other than the auto leveling control module displaying DTC U2300:55?	Yes	Replace the instrument cluster, then go to the next step. (See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
		No	Go to the next step.
3	VERIFY THAT REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED Clear the DTC for the auto leveling control module using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE].) Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on) and wait for 30 s or more. Retrieve the auto leveling control module DTCs using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE].) Is the same DTC displayed?	Yes	Replace the auto leveling control module, then go to the next step. (See AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
		No	Go to the next step.
4	VERIFY IF OTHER DTCs DISPLAYED Are any other DTCs displayed?	Yes	Repair or replace the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (See DTC TABLE [AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE].)
		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
