FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY
1. Removal the daytime running light (DRL). (See DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT (DRL) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
2. Removal the front side marker light. (See FRONT SIDE MARKER LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
3. Disassemble in the order shown in the figure.

4. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
Rivet Removal Note
1. Remove the rivet using the following procedure.< Previous Next >a. Pinch the rivet pin from the radiator grille side using needle-nose pliers and secure them.
b. Set the following diameter drill to the drill.Drill bit diameter
rivet A: 5.1 mm {0.20 in}
rivet B: 4.3 mm {0.17 in}
CAUTION:
Always use a drill bit of the specified diameter when removing the rivet. If an inappropriate diameter drill bit is used, the front bumper face and the radiator grille may be damaged.
c. Gouge off the rivet flange using a drill and remove the rivet.
d. Remove any rivet shavings from the front bumper face and the radiator grille.
